For those with pets or PTSD, a warning that once again the powers that be in Salem MA think it's a good idea to scare the hell out  of everyone on Halloween night at 10pm with fireworks. 

Hopefully one day we will have  a mayor & city council who are compassionate towards wildlife, animals and sleeping children!  (And a better use of city money.)
