Whoosh! We made it through that E-ticket roller coaster ride of 2025. Congratulations. I believe we all experienced the Chinese prophecy of May You Live In Interesting Times!

Wishing all a very peaceful & pawsome and sane 2026. May this new year bring you and your loved ones vitality, excellent health, peace of mind and much needed laughter.

In this new year, it is time that we ALL take responsibility for our own health as well as our pets. 

• Research medications & side effects first. 
• Get a second medical opinion when in doubt.
• Eat more organic non-gmo foods. Eliminate fast food and over processed meals.
• CLEAN WATER! (Not tap water)
• Don't believe everything you read on social media!
• Move your body. Take your pets out for a walk and play more.
• Laugh more!
• Turn off the news.
• Be Grateful.
• Practice random acts of kindness.
• Remember to incorporate holistic therapies to help relieve pain, ailments, stress and to boost the immune system.
