Warmer weather, BBQ holidays and celebrations may be fun for humans, however for many pets it is a very stressful time.
Thunder and lightning, wild storms, fireworks and unnecessary booms can cause anxiety, stress and panic for our fur-kids. And it is not fun for the humans living with them during these times.
Our dear rescue Quan Yin suffered from extreme PTSD during storms and fireworks. Living so close to the water made her extra sensitive during her last year with us. During severe storms we eventually had to give her medication along with everything listed below to keep her from destroying doors, crates and closets.
